Harvesting Solutions for your Lexion Combine

HHS has developed many parts to improve your combines performance in the field.  Speed and Capacity are key areas that HHS concentrates on when designing new products.

HHS parts are computer designed and made with an above average grade steel for durability.  HHS also uses Laser cutting technology to cut parts accurately and quickly.  You will find HHS parts are not “Knock-off parts” but fully engineered and quality built components that are durable and long lasting.

Nitrocarburizing

All of our deckplates and impeller wear kits go through a process called Nitrocarburizing.Ferritic nitrocarburizing is a case hardening process that produces an extremely hard surface layer that improves wear life and aides in lubricity and corrosion resistance. Since the process is carried out at relatively low temperatures and without the need for quenching, it shows negligible shape changes and leaves a good surface finish. We can produce case depths of 0.002″ – 0.001″ at temperatures ranging from 925° – 1100°.
